WARRIOR: Wellness Advocacy Rapid Response Intervention & Outreach Relay
What is WARRIOR?
A Chronic Care Companion System of planned care coordination that fills the most painful, underserved gaps in chronic illness care. This is NOT a coaching program. NOT a medical service. And NOT another vague "support group."This is a real world, rapid response lifeline that Every Joined WARRIOR member receives access to.
The Community Lifeline for Chronic Illness Survivors
“Wellness” – Anchors it clearly in health and healing.
“Advocacy” – Highlights your systemic, trauma-informed, rights-based approach.
“Rapid Response” – Signals the lifeline and urgency aspect.
“Intervention & Outreach” – Captures the live, human-led navigation, volunteer, and emergency support aspects.
“Relay”; Suggests a coordinated human system, passing the baton from one layer of support to another—a community of action.
