What is the CPP?

The Community Partnership Program (CPP) invites local businesses to contribute to chronic illness care in a direct and sustainable way. This partnership also increases visibility and foot traffic for participating businesses.

How does it work?

Partners offer discounts, donations, or resource sharing to WWC members. In return, we promote our partners through newsletters, social media, and events.

Locals Receive:

1. Scan the QR code at local establishment.

2. Enter your information Name, Email, and Phone Number

3. Receive a “Wellness Warrior Dining Code” via text or email.

4. Present your code to receive a 15% discount.

Participating Businesses Receive:

1. Social media spotlights

2. Co-branded signage and flyers

3. Listing as an Official WWC Community Partner

4. Weekly shoutouts on WWC platforms

5. Access to a health-conscious consumer base

6. WWC receives a pre-agreed monthly donation.
